Premier Accounts Overview

The Premier Account is designed for large teams, research groups, and/or departments who want PhD level support and centralized administrative responsibilities. Premier subscriptions are annual contracts, with multi-year contracts available upon request. The subscription covers all costs related to:

• Up to 20 users/seats
• SSO integration (Single Sign On)
• 6 hours of training and consultation via the Institute for Mixed Methods Research
• 1 specialized workshop per year
• 5 hours of custom security audits and reports
• Dedicated support team via email, phone, and video
• Custom logging and reporting

• A designated account manager to assist with account and user administration

Enterprise Subscription Overview

The Enterprise Subscription is designed for universities or large research organizations who require exceptional services and supports. Enterprise subscriptions are annual contracts, with multi-year contracts available upon request. The subscription covers all costs related to:

• Unlimited or custom amount of users/seats
• SSO integration (Single Sign On)
• 8 hours of training and consultation via the Institute for Mixed Methods Research
• 2 specialized workshops per year
• Train-the-Trainer Program
• 5 hours of custom security audits and reports
• Dedicated support team via email, phone, and video
• Custom logging and reporting
• Custom security audits

• A designated account manager to assist with account and user administration
